FREMONT ? The first round of the Mission Valley Athletic League girls tennis tournament got underway Tuesday, and for the third year in a row there were no major upsets.

The Choteau School Board tackled a wide array of topics at its Oct. 11 meeting, discussing a security camera experiment in the high school, planned assemblies on MySpace.com, changes in standardized testing, elementary girls tennis, coaching assignments and policy revisions among other topics.
Edison tennis looks finish on a high note (Edison Sentinel)
The Edison High School girls tennis team will wrap up the 2007 season this week when Bernards comes to town for a 3:45 p.m. match Thursday. Edison enters its final match at 8-13 on the season. “Things have been a bit tough with the recent bouts of rain,” Edison head coach Wesley Smith said.
