Four weeks of layoff. Two weeks of practice. One new facility. Even though Iowa men’s tennis is coming off a month-long winter break, senior Scott Elwell says the team members may be in the best shape of the season - possibly because the Hawkeyes rendered the final portion of “break” obsolete.
