Hot Springs Village resident Ron Southwick will be honored Feb. 3 when the Arkansas Tennis Association gives him the Pat Riley Umpire of the Year Award at their annual banquet in Little Rock. “The letter saying I’d be receiving the award arrived in November, and came right out of the blue,” said the 66-year-old Southwick.
